Tuesday, August 2, 2011 from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. the Lauderdale Lakes Community Council and the Broward Sheriff’s Office will host the annual National Night Out event at Vincent Torres Park located at 4331 NW 36 Street. This year’s event will include music, prizes, food, non-alcoholic beverages, children’s fingerprinting, static displays, and a demonstration by the Broward Sheriff’s Office Lauderdale Lakes District Fire Department. Admission is free. Please come on out and send a message to criminals that our neighborhoods are fighting back against crime.
