Hello, this is Sheriff Al Lamberti. Many of you will be enjoying the Memorial Day weekend with BBQs and celebrations. As a reminder, if you are planning to consume alcohol, don’t drink and drive! BSO deputies will be out in force to ensure the safety of the motoring public this weekend as we do all year round. If you plan on consuming alcohol – designate a driver or take a cab. Also, please take a moment this weekend to remember those who are serving in the armed forces, especially those deployed overseas and away from their families – their sacrifice ensures our freedom.
